Directions
In small bowl, stir together all ingredients for rub of choice. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months. To use, sprinkle or pat about 2 tablespoons onto each pound of meat, seafood, or vegetables.
GH Test Kitchen Tip: For max effect, apply the spice rub and then let it marinate. Allow 15 minutes for seafood, veggies, and chicken and 20 to 30 minutes for beef and pork.
Delish Dressing: Turn any rub into a flavorful vinaigrette: In small jar, shake 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon spice rub. Toss with grilled vegetables, couscous, or greens.
