Ingredients
- 1/2 lb.
cherries, pitted
- 2 Tbsp.
plus 5 teaspoons sugar, divided
- 2 1/2 cups
whole-milk vanilla Greek yogurt
- 5
gingersnap cookies, crushed into crumbs
Directions
- Step 1In food processor, process cherries and 2 tablespoons sugar until mostly smooth.
- Step 2In large bowl, whisk yogurt with remaining 5 teaspoons sugar. Spoon yogurt and cherry puree into ice pop molds in alternating layers (about 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon puree per mold), tapping to distribute evenly.
- Step 3Using butter knife, gently swirl each ice pop to marble colors and tap to make it settle into even layer. Top with gingersnap crumbs (about 1/2 tablespoon per pop) and insert wooden stick into each pop. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
