Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp.
white miso
- 1 Tbsp.
mirin
Pepper
- 1
1 1/2-pound skin-on salmon fillet
- 1 tsp.
white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp.
black sesame seeds
Sliced scallions and lime wedges, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 425°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, miso, mirin, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on prepared baking sheet. Spread mayo mixture on top without letting mixture drip down sides.
- Step 3Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds and roast until salmon is barely opaque throughout, 18 to 22 minutes. Serve sprinkled with sliced scallions and lime wedges if desired.
