The Emmys were a sparkling, star-studded affair once again this year, as A-listers took to the red carpet of LA’s Peacock Theatre for the 2024 event.
While there were plenty of sparkling dresses and dramatic looks on the evening, it was Dame Kristin Scott Thomas’s fresh, timeless glam that particularly caught our eye – notably her silver hair and statement red lip combination.
Dame Kristin wore her multi-toned silver locks swept away from her face, for a relaxed yet modern feel. This made way for a statement makeup look, including a soft, warm base, which gave her glowing skin, while a sweep of bold red lipstick added a stamp of classic Hollywood glamour.
The Slow Horses star’s glam complemented a lilac, cape-style midi dress featuring pleated detailing around the neckline. A gold clutch and 24ct gold leaf heels by Sauvereign contrasted with the purple tones of the outfit, but successfully tied the look together by sharing the same glossy finish.
And the pièce de résistance? A pair of long opera gloves, of course, completing the timeless feel of her ensemble. Voilà!
Slow Horses received nine Emmy nominations and took home the prize for Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series on the night.
