We’re clearly not over Dubai chocolate – with almost every retailer launching their own bar and recipes still trending on social platforms, the foodie trend of the year just keeps on giving.
London’s most luxurious chocolatier MELT have finally launched their own high-end version of the bar, and it’s already a bestseller. Their pistachio & kataifi snack bars consist of a rich pistachio and toasted kataifi pastry filling that’s enrobed in a smooth, glossy milk chocolate shell. A spray of green and purple shimmer to decorate adds an extra touch of luxe.
Unlike most of the other bars on the market, MELT’s is handmade by their award-winning chocolatiers at their headquarters in Notting Hill. MELT was founded in 2005 by Louise Nason, who wasn’t satisfied with the high sugar and artificial flavours found in traditional confectionary and wanted her friends and family to experience ‘fresh, natural chocolate’.
