From barely-there blushes to bubblegum-pink bottles, we’ve put them all to the test and found the very best

The Good Housekeeping Institute panel has sampled 22 pastel-hued bottles in our quest to find the best pink gin to buy for 2025.
If you can think of a certain someone who would love to add a touch of blush to their favourite G&T or gin cocktail this Valentine's Day (on 14th February!), you've come to the right place.
Best pink gin 2025
What is pink gin?
Originally, the term “pink gin” was used to describe regular gin with a splash of angostura bitters. Nowadays, you can expect pink gins to be infused with a whole assortment of fruit, herbs and spices, including strawberries, rhubarb, grapefruit and rose petals.
What does pink gin taste like?
They may look like they’re all going to taste bubblegum-sweet, but don’t let the colour fool you! Fragrant, fresh and elegant, some are surprisingly complex. Serve with tonic as you would a traditional G&T or try your hand with a variety of gin-based cocktails.
With prices starting from as little as £16, it’s worth treating your drinks trolley to a few bottles. Alternatively, take a look at our pick of the best classic dry gin or other flavoured styles.
How we test pink gin
In the Good Housekeeping Institute lab, our panel of spirits experts and gin-loving consumers put 22 pink gins to the test. Each was tried neat, and then again after being diluted with a small amount of water, to ensure the flavour was not impaired by any mixer.
We also invited our testers to enjoy these gins as they would normally drink it, whether that’s in cocktails or classic G&Ts, so we were tasting them just as you would at home. Here are the winners…
