Jenna Bush Hager is taking her love of reading on the road — and she wants Today fans to join her!
For the last six years, the NBC host has spearheaded the "Read With Jenna" book club with TV viewers. What's more, Jenna's adoration for literature has expanded into creating her own publishing imprint, with its first book, Conform by Ariel Sullivan, set to debut in October 2025.
And now, Jenna is taking her popular book club to new heights, thanks to her announcement of the inaugural "Read With Jenna" Book Festival. Occurring in Nashville from May 30-31, the event will bring together book lovers and some of Jenna's favorite authors for what an official statement from NBC Insider calls "a chance to celebrate the magic of books." What's more, Jenna shared on Instagram how elated she is for fans to get involved in her latest career venture.
"Have you gotten your tickets yet for the first-ever Read with Jenna book festival?" she wrote in the caption on May 7. "It's sure to be a fun-filled weekend at @wnashville , featuring our favorite authors, great music, and more! Head to the link in bio to learn more about the event and register."
When fans saw Jenna's excitement about this new update with her "Read With Jenna" book club, they couldn't hold back their own feelings about it either.
"I got my ticket!!!! Yay 😁 I’m so excited 💜🩵," one person wrote in the comments. "I’ll be there! 🔥🔥🔥," another declared. "Wouldn’t miss it!" a different follower added.
And as for some of the activities set to occur during the "Read With Jenna" festival, fans can expect intimate conversations between Jenna and best-selling authors (like Ann Patchett, Tiffany Haddish, Elin Hilderbrand and more), a live podcast recording and immersive experiences centered around reading. And if that's not enough, Jenna has already teased a lot more is in the works.
"I'm so excited because I'm coming to Nashville!" she stated in a video posted on the "Read With Jenna" Instagram account. "We're doing our first ever 'Read With Jenna' book festival and the lineup is insane ... If you are a writer, if you are a reader, if you are a lover of Nashville, of music, of humor — we're gonna have a blast."
