cornflour
tomato ketchup
rice wine vinegar
light brown sugar
garlic cloves, crushed
skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into 2cm chunks
red peppers, roughly chopped
onion, finely sliced
small red chilli, finely chopped
sugar snap peas
pouches microwave basmati rice
Feel free to microwave the rice, or serve with steamed instead, if you fancy.
