Ingredients
- 25 ml
Kahlúa
- 25 ml
chilled espresso
- 25 ml
vodka
- 2 tsp.
icing sugar
ice
coffee beans, optional
Directions
- Step 1Shake Kahlúa, chilled espresso, vodka, icing sugar and some ice in a closed shaker or jar; strain into a martini glass and serve decorated with coffee beans, if you like.
GH TIPS:
Serving this for Easter? You can use a chocolate Easter bunny and serve the drink in that. Top with squirty cream and a straw.
Don't have Kahlua? Any coffee liqueur works in its place.
Making a big batch of this for a crowd? Get your espresso shots pulled in advance and chill in the fridge until needed.
