Grand Marnier
grenadine
large orange, cut into eight wedges
sugar cube
chilled Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling wine
In a jug, combine the Grand Marnier and grenadine and divide among glasses. Put one orange wedge and one sugar cube into each glass.
Top up each glass with your choice of fizz. Serve immediately.
