celery sticks, cut into 2cm slices
leeks, trimmed and thinly sliced
medium carrot, peeled and cut into 1cm pieces
garlic cloves, crushed

skinless chicken breasts (about 350g total)
double cream
Small handful parsley, leaves picked and finely chopped
