Ingredients
2tsp.
dried mixed herbs
2tsp.
olive oil

skinless chicken breasts, about 150g each
Directions
Step 1Preheat air fryer to 180°C. In a small bowl, mix the dried herbs, oil and plenty of seasoning.
Step 2Rub the herb mix all over the chicken, then place them into the air fryer basket and cook for 25min, until golden and cooked through. Serve with sweet potato fries or wedges and peas, if you like.
Mix up the flavours if you’re feeling adventurous; dried sage, chilli flakes and garlic granules would all be delicious options.
Cooking a whole chicken breast in an air fryer takes between 20-25min (larger ones take longer). If you’re in a rush, simply cut the chicken into smaller portions, and you can decrease the cooking time.
