runny honey

kg new potatoes, cut into chunky wedges

Tenderstem broccoli, trimmed and cut into rough 4cm pieces
Directions
Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, Marmite and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
Step 2Put the chicken drumsticks and potato wedges into a large roasting tin, pour over ½ the Marmite mixture and toss to coat. Set remaining mixture aside at room temperature. Loosely cover tin with foil and cook in oven for 30min, until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.
Step 3Remove chicken to a plate or board and stir the broccoli through the potatoes in the tin. Return chicken to the tin, on top of the vegetables, and brush with the reserved glaze. Return to the oven (uncovered) for 15min, until chicken is browned and the broccoli is tender.
Step 4Divide between 4 plates, spooning over any extra juices from the tin. Serve.
