What is it?
Enriched with a blend of vegan ingredients including organic grapefruit, this day cream offers hydration, protection against air pollution and micro-stimulation in the upper skin layer to leave skin looking radiant. Hema also says that it helps prevent the skin from ageing as well as protecting against sun damage.
GHI expert verdict
Scoring highly among our testers, 86% agreed that it took little effort to spread this cream across the face. Almost all testers appreciated its texture, which didn't feel too sticky or greasy but sank into the skin quickly and instantly hydrated it. It scored six out of 10 in our lab test, showing some improvement in skin hydration instantly and towards the end of the day. The majority of our testers would continue using it as it noticeably improved the appearance and condition of their skin. They also liked the pump dispenser, which was easy to use and made it simple to apply.

How we test
We tested 11 own brand daily moisturisers with 128 women over two weeks. Not only did we look at the effects each product had on the skin, but we assessed the packaging, texture and much more. Using a multi-skin test centre, we also measured the hydration of the skin immediately after application and after six hours. This helped determine just how effective each product was.
