We're used to seeing bows tied up with ribbon on a beautifully wrapped present, but what about a giant one (used in lieu of a wreath) on a front door? Or designs in every colour of the rainbow replacing baubles on the Christmas tree? From plates on the table to cushions on the sofa, it's safe to say that bows are enjoying something of a moment this festive season. There's something nostalgic about them, yes, but they feel very 'now'.
With their characteristically pretty shape, bows make a charming addition to any festive decorating scheme. If your style is relatively traditional, why not consider using a luxurious red velvet design as a tree topper?
