These succulent lamb kebabs are a show-stopped at any BBQ feast
If you're a fan of lamb, you'll definitely enjoy these succulent lamb kebabs for your next BBQ feast.
Lamb mince, garlic, onion, ground coriander, fresh mint and coriander are combined to form the kebab, and skewered to make them easy to cook.
Don't forget to soak your skewers for at least 20 minutes before you use them, otherwise they can burn really quick and become charred.
Serve with a simple side salad like our Mediterranean salad, or our fragrant farro salad. For more BBQ recipes, check out our gallery for more summer cooking ideas.

Barbecue over medium heat for 4–5min on each side. Serve with toasted pitta bread, tzatziki, hummus and a tomato salad.
