That’s the brilliantly compelling theme of Prime Video’s new suspense thriller, Vanished, which revolves around a devastating couple’s trip – and takes relationship troubles to the next level. When Alice (Kaley Cuoco) embarks on a trip to Paris with her partner, Tom (Sam Claflin), she’s expecting the perfect romantic getaway. But when Tom goes missing on board a train to the south of France, things take a terrifyingly sinister turn. What is Vanished about?
The four-part thriller stars Kaley Cuoco as Alice, who takes a romantic getaway to Paris with her boyfriend, Tom (Sam Claflin). Things quickly take a dark turn, however, when Tom mysteriously disappears on board a train to the south of France.
Instantly, Alice finds herself plunged into a web of intrigue and danger, uncovering shocking secrets about the man she thought she knew. The question is, what has Tom really been hiding – and what does it mean for Alice?
Prime Video’s head of content, Tushar Jindal, has teased that it will be quite the compelling series. “With Kaley and Sam leading an incredible cast, this gripping thriller will keep viewers guessing at every turn,” he says. “We’re delighted to bring Vanished to Prime Video in the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and we can’t wait for audiences to be swept up in the mystery.”
As well as an impressive cast, Vanished has a highly-acclaimed team behind it.
